More Arabs are calling from Europe

During the first three months of 2010 Miracle Channel received 35 737 responses from viewers in 45 countries. 9780 came from the Gulf countries and 10 583 from Europe.

Miracle Channel’s follow-up office has noticed a great increase in responses after the channel started broadcasting on NileSat last December. The response is coming from new areas, and there is increased response from restricted countries where traditional methods of evangelizing is not possible. But the response also reveals a new trend of increased viewer response from European nations such as France, Germany, Great Britain and Sweden. Many of these Arabs profess a new faith in Christ after watching the channel.

-We have also posted large numbers of Arabic bibles to viewers who ask for a copy, including many thousands to viewers in Europe, says one of the councilors at the follow-up office.

During the first three months of 2009 a total of 4105 Arabs in Europe contacted the channel. This year the number has increased to 10 585 people during the same time frame. Even from a nation such as Norway with a relatively low immigration population from Arabic speaking countries, the number more than doubled from 239 to 593.
